To reach the Island of Elba you can use the ferries departing from the port of Piombino.
The companies that operate this route are Toremar, Moby Lines and Blu Navy and Corsica - Elba Ferries, and Hotel Baia Imperiale has an arrangement with them. All these companies offer the possibility to take the car with you. The duration of the crossing is about 60 minutes with arrival in Portoferraio (the main port with connections every hour), and in Rio Marina secondary port with few rides per day.
